• Come along to a regular one hour session designed to address deficiencies in strength, control and range of movement specific to Triathlon, Cycling, Multisport and endurance athletes.
• Enjoy a progression of exercises for trunk muscles including shoulder blade stabilisers, abdominals, glutes and back muscles
• Learn how to stretch tight muscles and improve your alignment on the bike or in the pool.

10 visit pass $130
Pass may be used for either Saturday or Wednesday classes and will be valid for 3 months.
Casual visit $20 paid on the day. Must book by phone on Friday before class (for Saturday) or Tuesday for Wednesday class
(may be claimable on Health Fund as Group Physiotherapy)
